  عندهم تلاعب يتصلون اتصال واحد اذا مارديتي خلاص يروح السواق ويقولون خلاص راحت عليك صار معي فاشل

  يتصلون تليفون ثابت واذا تعيدين الأتصال مايوصل مافي خدمة عملاء مايردون عليك اخر تعامل معكم

  تواصلت اليوم الجمعة 18 سبتمبر الساعة 7:20 مساء مع وحده بخدمة العملاء اسمها اسرار ولم يتم التجاوب ولم يتم حل مشكلتي وراح ارفع بلاغ عليها لاني شرحت لها وضعي ومستهتره دامها م تعرف تخدم العملاء ليه تكون بهالمكان !!!!!

  الانتقاد هو الارتقاء بالشركه وليس هجوم عليها

  التطبيق يفتقد الي اهم عنصر، وهو الاتصال المباشر مع العميل،،، اما مكننه الشكاوي لا تفيد، لان لكل مواطن شكا الخاصه به،،، ارجو ان يتم تفعيل هذة الخدمه،،، وتقدير شكاوي او احتياجات عملائكم،،، وانا عميل لديكم منذ سنوات عديدة تقريا منذ نشاءت هذة الشركه

  غير جد وتعامله مو حلو وماتقدرون تحذفون حسابكم فقط تحذفون التطبيق او تسوي تسجيل خروج اما خانة حذف الحساب ماتشتغل يقول لكم عندك عقود وانت مو مسوي عقود
