  Absolutely one of the worst airlines I have ever dealt with. The complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic customer service is unacceptable. Their policies and terms are handled inconsistently, flights are cancelled without proper justification…

  Convenient but improvement required.

  Needs improvement on adding flights booked from other agents. The flights booked through other sources are not possible to add through mobile app.

  Very bad experience on ticket cancellation

  My ticket was cancelled 5 months ago during the Iran war in GCC Inspite of several email no one even bother to call me and ask my issues which is still pending yet I have not got any concrete response as how I can get my SAR 3000+ back very disappointed.. 😢
