The banking picture in July 2026: total deposits stood at SAR 3.11 trillion against SAR 3.43 trillion of credit extended to economic activities. The interbank rate (three-month SAIBOR) held at 4.84%, the reference for pricing bank finance and a gauge of the cost of credit in the local market.
